Shake the bottle well before use. Apply a generous amount of tanning oil to your skin. Spread the oil evenly over all exposed areas, making sure to cover every part for an even tan. Reapply every two hours and after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
For an even tan, exfoliate your skin the day before applying tanning oil. This will remove dead skin cells and create a smooth surface for a more uniform tan.
