بلل بشرتك في الحمام أو الدش. خذ كمية صغيرة من المقشر وافركها بلطف على بشرتك بحركات دائرية، مع التركيز على المناطق الجافة. اشطفها جيدًا بالماء الدافئ. جفف بشرتك بالتربيت بمنشفة ثم استخدم مرطبك المفضل.
