In the extremely unlikely event your order arrives damaged, or the wrong item is delivered, we will either refund or replace your item as quickly as we can.

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service (email to info@houseofsoap.com, or send a Whatsapp message to +96590960350) before your order has been processed.

After your order has been processed a cancellation request cannot be granted.
